Following your free consultation, we will prepare a comprehensive and transparent fixed quotation which will be valid for 30 days.
50% of the design will be payable on acceptance of the quote, and the balance will be due on the production of the remaining plans. Easy payment installments are available for larger projects.
Although we try to be as comprehensive as possible, we cannot include specialist reports such as tree reports, planning applications or engineering surveys. However, rest assured that if there are any additional fees these will be billed at cost with a copy of the invoice.
Our fees are highly competitive and are based on £50 + VAT per hour.
Where specialized drawings are required we will give you a fixed quotation so there will be no hidden surprises.
For comprehensive tender documents we charge and all inclusive flat rate fee of £385 + VAT and all additional copies of the plans will be charged at cost.
Contract management fees are set at 16% for the first £12,000 of the total contract value and 10% of the remaining contract value. These fees are in line with the contractor’s payment schedule.
